HSE Dublin and North East Regional Quality and Patient Safety Conference

HSE respects your privacy. Any personal information you volunteer will be treated securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Acts 1988 – 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We will not collect any personal data about you without your clear permission.

Any personal information we do collect will only be retained for the duration necessary to allow us to provide the services that you have requested or for any additional period as required for legal and regulatory purposes.

By completing and submitting the HSE Dublin and North East Regional Quality and Patient Safety Conference Call for Abstracts form, you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern HSE’s relationship with you.

Information we may collect from you:

HSE will collect personal information from you when you submit an abstract.
The Personal Information part of the form correlates to your personal contact information. It will be used for internal use only and to contact you to provide information about the Abstract.
The Abstract Information part of the form correlates to the project being submitted. It will be used for evaluation purposes only by the Conference team.
If you contact us directly, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
This data may be held on computers or in manual files.

The purpose of processing your data is to email you information pertaining to the HSE Dublin and North East Regional Quality and Patient Safety Conference. You have the following rights in certain circumstances and subject to applicable exemptions in relation to your personal data:

All valid requests will be processed without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by up to two further months where necessary.

Please note that abstracts cannot be altered once they have been submitted.
